Delivery & Returns
The following information relates to the delivery of e-commerce products purchased online at www.garrard.com.
A curated selection of jewellery pieces on our website is available for UK delivery or collection within 1-5 working days.
Most jewels made to order in our workshop have a lead time of 6-8 weeks, with some taking up to 12 weeks. If applicable, you will be notified of this lead time at checkout prior to purchase.
Please contact us if you would like your order gift-wrapped or require a handwritten note to be included.
Upon placing your order, you will receive an automated order acknowledgement email. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with delivery details once your order has been delivered to the courier. To ensure your order reaches you safely, the Garrard team may need to contact you to discuss suitable shipping options.
Garrard is not responsible for any unanticipated delays beyond our control.
UK Delivery or Collection
We offer complimentary shipping and returns within the UK. Next-day delivery is available to London locations only. Next-day collection from the Garrard Flagship boutique on Albemarle Street, London, is also available, with both options offered at checkout prior to purchase.
Garrard will arrange collection of an unwanted item via our preferred Logistics Partner.
Alternatively, you can return the unwanted item in person to Garrard’s Flagship boutique on Albemarle Street, London.
Rest of World Delivery
We offer complimentary shipping outside of the UK. We will notify you of the expected delivery timings upon receipt of your order.
Payment is taken in USD at checkout. Local duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not applied at checkout.
